At The Seoul Station we strive to offer great quality and personalised service with each and every order that we receive. We do not compromise when it comes to the quality of our products and serve each and every customer to the best of our abilities.

Delivery & Pick Up Times
Our policy is to deliver our customers a great tasting product within 25 – 50 minutes of the time the order was placed. Pick up times are 20 – 30 minutes. We do not time guarantee delivery times due to safety concerns for our drivers and the people in the communities we serve. If for some reason we are not at your door or lobby within the quoted delivery time – rest assured we are on the way.

Please understand delivery times may vary for large orders and may be effected by inclement weather, technical issues or location related issues such as power outages and order volumes.

Pick up quote times may vary due to store volumes and order sizes.

Satisfaction Policy
Not satisfied with the quality of your order, missing items, or incorrect items delivered to your home. Please contact our team at: (613) 744 7888 to resolve the issue with your order.
Issues involving core menu items such as Oven Roasted Chicken, The Seoul Station will gladly replace the product.

Incorrect or un-satisfactory product must be returned to the driver so that we may avoid issues of food safety and to verify that all issues and claims are true and valid.

Issues involving supplementary food items such as dipping sauces, beverages or condiments – a credit will be issued for the value of the product on a future order.

The Seoul Station reserves the right to determine the validity of all claims made in regards to order satisfaction and order correctness. To avoid abuse of customer service guidelines we ask that issues and complaints be received within 24 hours of order placement so that we may accurately assess and correct issues.
Gluten Free
The Seoul Station is proud to offer our customers a locally sourced (Ottawa manufactured) Gluten Free/ Vegan certified bread option. As we are happy to offer this option, we would like to inform customers that The Seoul Station Kitchen location is not Gluten Free and we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is 100% cross-contamination free. Our Gluten Free/Vegan bread product is prepared separately from all other products, on a freshly sanitized surface with dedicated bread trays, cutters, and prep tools. Tools and trays used for preparation are stored in an airtight container before and after each order. The The Seoul Station kitchen has sanitary guidelines and information kits relating to the proper handling of gluten products, and a celiac disease information kit.

ALLERGENS: The bread is prepared in a facility that uses eggs, sesame seeds and tree nuts. Product is produced in a facility that produces peanut products.

INGREDIENTS: Water, Tapioca Starch, Brown Rice Flour, Sunflower Oil, salt, Instant Yeast.

Please note that all menu prices are subject to change without notice. The Seoul Station reserves the right to increase or decrease pricing based on changing market influences such as food, manufacturing, transportation, fuel, and labour cost. For the most recent pricing and specials please refer to our online menu.
